Postpartum Support

  • Your Postpartum Era is all about giving you the support every new mother deserves but rarely receives. Think of slow mornings and someone stepping into your home with nourishment, care, and the kind of presence that reminds you you do not have to do this alone.

This package lightens your load and nurtures your recovery during the first eight weeks after birth. It is the season when warm food, practical help and emotional support make all the difference. My role is to help you find your footing, support your nervous system, and create an environment that feels peaceful, organised and tidy.

Before baby arrives, we meet for a cozy prenatal session to explore what support will truly serve you. Together, we map out how you want your early weeks to feel, what you need to rest and heal and what care will help you settle into motherhood with confidence and ease.

    What’s Included

A prenatal planning session is a gentle, thoughtful chat to prepare for your postpartum season. We explore your physical and emotional needs, feeding plans, home set-up, partner roles, and the support that will help you rest and recover. • A spare set of hands with older siblings so that you can rest or feed uninterrupted

    • Time for reflection and honest conversation about how you are feeling

    • A calming herbal foot soak to help you unwind

    • Shoulder rubs and warm compresses are available by request during visits.
