My packages are designed to support different birth pathways and levels of care, from pregnancy and birth preparation through to practical, mother-centred support after your baby arrives. Explore the options below to find the support that best reflects where you are and what you need.

My approach

The way I work begins with getting to know you. Taking the time to understand your story, your values and what matters most to you allows me to walk alongside you in a way that feels personal and meaningful. As your doula, I offer continuity of care, evidence-based information, practical support and a calm, reassuring presence throughout your journey.

For clients booking birth support, I include a two-day, in-person birth education course through an affiliated educator I trust. It is designed for you and your birth partner, although some women choose to also bring a parent, close friend or another important support person. I include this because birth education deserves more time and depth than we can fit into our prenatal sessions alone. The course gives you a strong foundation in labour, common interventions, decision making and practical birth skills, while our sessions become the place where we make that information personal to your circumstances, your choices and the support you are likely to need.

I take a modern approach to doula support, with respect for every birth pathway. I believe birth unfolds best when its physiology is understood and supported, while also recognising the important role of medical care. My role is to offer clear, balanced and up-to-date information about your options, from physiological birth and comfort measures through to common interventions and caesarean birth, so you can make informed decisions that feel right for you.

Please note: I am not a medical provider and do not provide clinical or midwifery care. To work with me, you will need to have a registered maternity care provider overseeing your pregnancy and attending your birth. My role is complementary to your maternity care team. I am there to support you emotionally and physically and help you understand your options.
